This logbook documents the construction of Perello Consulting from the inside, from Day 1 to Day 365. Laurent Perello records the decisions made, the real commercial development figures, the mistakes and adjustments, and the daily coordination work with a team of AI orchestrators.
The build-in-public approach is not a communication exercise: it is the demonstration that the method we offer our clients works on ourselves first. Each entry is timestamped and not revised after publication.
