Context
perello.consulting is both a commercial showcase and an operational testbed. Every iteration of the site — Next.js architecture, MDX content, pricing grid, SEO, accessibility — is treated as a client deliverable in its own right. No concessions on quality on the grounds that it is 'just our website'.
Objective
Demonstrate, through the very construction of the site, the method we offer clients: rigorous structuring, continuous iteration, documented decision at every step.
What was delivered
Next.js 15 App Router, deployed continuously on Vercel. Approximately 50 bilingual MDX pages (FR/EN). 67+ commits over 30 days. Repository history fully public.
