Context
VantagePeers was born from a simple observation: AI agents lose the thread. Not for lack of intelligence — for lack of persistent memory and reliable communication channels between instances. Developed from Day 1, used internally across all active orchestrators. v2.2.0 available on npm, deployed on Railway.
Objective
Provide a lightweight, portable protocol layer allowing multiple agents to share state, exchange tasks and maintain a queryable history — without dependency on a proprietary platform.
What was delivered
npm package vantage-peers. Native Railway deployment. Public documentation. Used in production across all internal mandates for 90 days.
