What is the difference between DIY and Together?
DIY is 100% self-service at EUR 49: you work through the guide and 18 templates on your own. No coaching, no human access. Together at EUR 690 (launch price until end of May, then EUR 990) adds 6 individual 45-minute 1-on-1 sessions with a dedicated Perello coach, a private 1-on-1 Slack, and a pace adapted to your schedule. No cohort, no group. For self-sufficient profiles, DIY is sufficient. For those who need a dedicated expert and individual validation, Together is the better fit.
Do I need to comply if I only use ChatGPT?
Yes. The AI literacy obligation (Article 4) has been in force since February 2025. As soon as you use an AI tool in a professional context, you have a legal obligation to train your teams. High-risk compliance is added if the use involves an HR, financial, medical or educational decision, among others.
What if the regulation changes before 2 August 2026?
All our content is updated continuously. Pilot and Full Delivery clients receive updates automatically. DIY and Together clients receive updates for 12 months.
What is the difference from an AI lawyer?
A lawyer tells you what the law says. We deliver your functional compliance: the documents, the processes, the team training, the tools. A lawyer remains useful in disputes — our approach is upstream of that.
Can a GDPR DPO handle the AI Act?
Partially. GDPR covers data; the AI Act covers the system. There is overlap but not equivalence. A DPO trained on the AI Act can serve as your internal lead — that is precisely what DIY and Together make possible. Pilot and Full Delivery train and certify your existing DPO.
Can you move between tiers?
Yes. DIY to Pilot: EUR 49 credit. Together to Pilot: EUR 690 credit (or EUR 990 if post-launch price) deducted from the first month. Pilot to Full Delivery: credit for the first 3 Pilot months. We reward progression, not lock-in.
What are the lead times from signature to kick-off?
